Lessons From Reality

I know, I know, Reality TV is supposed to be a mindless, “guilty pleasure” we love to hate, but what happens when we learn some beautiful life lessons from it? On today’s episode I’m proud to share my most recent favourite scene from The Amazing Race Canada finale (watch it and cry with me), and then, in honour of Season 2 of The Kardashians starting, I share 10 lessons I learned from Season 1. I hope you’ll have a listen if you’re not a fan of the Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and the fam because I really think there are some lovely lessons to learn.

But seriously, even if you haven’t watched the whole season of The Amazing Race Canada, I promise the finale is worth watching. I am beaming with love for Craig and Catherine from Team Broadway. Be prepared to feel all the feels if you do! And, of course, give The Kardashians a chance, maybe you’ll catch yourself learning something, or even liking them more than you thought!
